| INGREDIENTS |
- 1/2 kg ostrich minced meat.
- 1 onion
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 large spoon of hard tack
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 tea spoon nutmeg

| METHOD |
Mix all ingredients well and shape the mixture into medium sized burgers. Grill them and serve them hot. Alternatively you can fry them. |
