The steps demonstrate the preparation of the easter lamb on the spit. It might look a cruel attraction but is a Greek custom and part of the Greek tradition.

Step 13: If you prepare the lamb from Holy Saturday (the previous day) you better wrap it with a towel to protect it from the flies. Then leave it in a safe place until the beginning of the roasting session on Sunday. Next step...
